Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader for English teachers to join our team based in Eastbourne, South of England. This position is full-time for short period of a month. As a Team Leader, you will have a key role in supervising groups of students and managing activities aligned with the school's programs, ensuring a structured, safe, and nurturing environment that allows each student to thrive.
Your mission will be to foster essential skills and knowledge for student success, working closely with parents and educators. You will maintain open and transparent communication to address the individual needs and specific goals of each student. Our purpose is to empower every child to reach their full potential in learning, practicing the English language, and exploring a new culture.
Requirements: Preferably English teachers or someone committed to monitoring each student. Intermediate to good level of English.. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, especially with groups of students. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working effectively with students. Possession of a Unique Employment Certificate. Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
